Journey’s Arrive & Drive Experience at the Bozeman Airport

Renting from Journey was such an easy process and totally worth skipping the chain companies at the airport. Taylor was so helpful and made our experience seamless. It also was an added benefit that our vehicle was so clean & comfortable!!! Totally worth every single penny. 100% recommend stepping away from the craziness and poor customer service at the airport and using Journey!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Journey Rent-A-Car car rental company! From start to finish, everything was seamless and hassle-free. We had last minute booking with Tom. He was friendly, professional, and provided all the information we needed for a smooth rental. We also got local restaurants recommendation. The process was incredibly easy. The car we rented was in excellent condition, clean, and ready to go when we arrived and it was last minute booking! Overall, a fantastic experience that made our trip so much more enjoyable. We rented a Kia Sorrento for a week during the Winter. Communication with Journey Rent-A-Car could not have been better. We had originally settled on a RAV-4 sized vehicle but decided to go up a class to accommodate a 5th person. Thankfully, we did as used every bit of space in the Sorrento. Given the unpredictability of weather on the track between Bozeman - Big Sky and - Yellowstone, we were keen on getting a car with all wheel drive and snow tires. Thankfully, we did! On the day of our trip from Big Sky to Yellowstone, it was actively snowing near blizzard conditions as we made our way to Yellowstone in the dark. The Sorrento handled the conditions superbly even as we saw cars that had slid off the side of the road. The vehicle pick up and return was simple. Overall, a good experience.

Journey Rent-A-Car provided us with a 4 wheel drive 15 passenger van and configured it for our family of 6 adults and 3 children under 3. The communication prior to our arrival was above and beyond. Their professional personnel even recommended they remove 2 seats for luggage. This was perfect for all of our clothes and ski gear. The van was steps from the Bozeman Airport. This was an exceptional experience. I have travelled extensively on business and never had service that even came close!! I highly recommend Journey Rent-A-Car for anyone traveling to Bozeman, Montana.
