I have always used Enterprise, and still think they offer a great service, but Journey is hands down the best place I’ve ever rented from. The national rental chains did not have cars to reserve, so I went with Journey out of necessity and was actually very apprehensive. Not only was the car in great shape and well maintained, but the service is FAR superior than anywhere else I’ve ever rented from. I was lucky enough to actually meet Phil and Jennifer when I returned the car, as they were on site helping others, and you could not meet people that are more kind and genuine. Thank you, Jennifer! You were amazing to deal with, and made things so incredibly easy! I will be using only Journey for my rentals in Bozeman from here on out, and I truly hope that you expand!!!

Len KolodziejOverall great experience - from making the reservation to pick up through drop-off. With the assigned parking spots (very close to the airport terminal) and lock box on the vehicle with the keys, made it very convenient for pick up and return…no waiting in lines!!!
Staff was very courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive (with emails, phone calls, and texts). They returned all my calls immediately (and I made several) and even returned by mail an incidental item I left in the vehicle…special shout out to Jennifer…congrats.
I would highly recommend them and I would go out of my way to use Journey again.
Oh yeah, the vehicle was great too…just what we needed (15 passenger van) …clean, comfortable, and gassed up ready to go. Helped to make our trip to Yellowstone memorable.
