One of the best rental experiences I have ever had! I travel regularly for work and rent a bunch of cars but both the service and quality of vehicles here was amazing. The car cleanliness was far better than the standard rental. Pick up and drop off was easy. Will definitely rent from here again!

100% satisfied client here! This company was recommended by another local car rental place that could not meet the needs of our group. They were able to provide a very nice Suburban to accommodate our interior space needs and 4WD capability at a very competitive price. The touch less pickup and drop-off went very smoothly. The car was clean and full of fuel at pickup. Every person in the contact chain was pleasant and patient. A great transaction all around.

Overall great experience - from making the reservation to pick up through drop-off. With the assigned parking spots (very close to the airport terminal) and lock box on the vehicle with the keys, made it very convenient for pick up and return…no waiting in lines!!!
Staff was very courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive (with emails, phone calls, and texts). They returned all my calls immediately (and I made several) and even returned by mail an incidental item I left in the vehicle…special shout out to Jennifer…congrats.
I would highly recommend them and I would go out of my way to use Journey again.
Oh yeah, the vehicle was great too…just what we needed (15 passenger van) …clean, comfortable, and gassed up ready to go. Helped to make our trip to Yellowstone memorable.
